Resumen:
Massive Zn1−xFexO ternary oxides were prepared by mechanical milling of ZnO with various additives: Fe2O3, FeO or −Fe. The influence of different preparation conditions, such as initial concentrations, atmosphere and milling time on the final products was investigated. The structure evolution and the dopant incorporation in the wurtzite crystalline structure, with milling time, were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction. The magnetic behaviour, investigated by measurements in a superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetometer, consists of two superimposed signals, a ferromagnetic and a paramagnetic one
