Resumen:
The vapor pressure of water is an important properties to study different systems, from the design of full cell to the study of atmospheric aerosols. In this work, we use the Grand Canonical Screening (GSC) for the study of the incidence of charge particles in the nucleation and stability of aqueous aggregates. We compare our result with Kelvin prediction with and without Tolman correction, and the prediction of the classical ion induced nucleation theory. Our results indicate that clusters containing a single ion may be stable or metastable up to saturation ratios of r-3.5, above which they become unstable aginst the bulk phase. The presence of monovalent ions does not seem to significantly affect the thermodynamics of cluster exceeding 80 water molecules.
