Resumen:
Composite films were prepared using styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), diethyleneglycol (DEG) and silver covered magnetite particles (Fe3O4@Ag). The Fe3O4@Ag particles present both magnetic and conductive properties, and were oriented inside the polymer matrix using rare earth magnets, forming conductive ?needles?. These conductive needles give the material interesting anisotropic properties such as piezo resistance (PR) and magneto resistance (MR), with potential applications to flexible connector devices and electronic skins.
