Resumen:
The aim of this
work is to analyze and compare responses of three electrochemical techniques in
order to determine the antioxidant capacity of samples obtained from animal
tissues where oxidative damage is caused by metal
accumulation. These techniques are cyclic voltammetry (CV),
cronoamperometry (CA) and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The results are mutually
consistent and demonstrate the utility of these techniques for the
determination required.
