Resumen:
We report on the study of amperometric response of Au electrodes modified by enzyme multilayers and immersed in solutions of glucose under potential control as a function of glucose concentration, ellipsometric thickness of the multilayer, enzyme surface coverage, osmium redox charge in the films. Experimental data is compared to results from digital simulation  for several values of the kinetic parameters, diffusion coefficient and surface concentration.
