Resumen:
We are reporting the synthesis and structural characterization of dimericunits of basic carboxylates bearing the neutral [FeIII2MIIO] motif fordifferent 3d M metals, covalently bound through 2,2¢-bipyrimidine.Their magnetic properties evidence a weak antiferromagnetic interactionthrough the bpym bridge between isolated spin ground states (in someexamples) arising from intra-Fe2MO core exchange couplings.
