Resumen:
We present an advanced of data processing for Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) data that is suitable for high-throughput analysis of lignocellulosic samples from rice straw. The aproach applies principal component analysis, manual/automated peak assignment and GWAS analysis. We report comprehensive profiling of 168 metabolites and a further metabolomics genome-wide association study bases on SNPs from rice. At the present we are looking for identify candidate genes modulating levels of metabolites that are potential related to cell wall traits or saccharification performance.
