Resumen:
The effect of nutrients application on crop quality and health can be studied by nutrient, by crop and by quality topic.I will follow a mix of those approach. Fertilization show a outstanding role in the complex world included in the quality concept.In a extreme simplification could be said:Nutrients show positive effects on agricultural products quality and could improve the crop genetic improvements and even oppose to them. An open book is the relationship between fertilization and biotechnological improvements on crop/food quality. The negative effects could be without difficultyavoided.
