The recent PhD in Education at the Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos is discussed along with the positive effect it will have on the number of articles in the scientific journal of the University, Scientia Interfluvius. This impact is based on the fact that the presentation of the thesis requires prior publication of articles in that journal.
