Resumen:
Mechanisms found in all cyanobacteria, most algae and aquatic plants concentrate inorganic carbon around the Rubisco enzyme. The processes involved in the operation of these mechanisms include the uptake and the accumulation of atmospheric CO2 at carboxysomes, intracellular bodies where most of the Rubisco and carbonic anhydrase are confined.
