Resumen:
We present results from an ongoing study of polarimetric microvariability in a selected sample of blazars. We particularly aim at contributing to the knowledge of the properties of TeV emitting blazars. Although previous studies have shown that there may be differences in the polarimetric behaviour of TeV-detected and non-detected blazars, little is known about their polarimetric variability at the shortest time-scales (~1 hour, i.e.: microvariability). The targets were observed with the 2.2m telescope at Calar Alto (Spain) and the 2.15m telescope at CASLEO (Argentina). Particular attention was paid to the accurate subtraction of the host galaxy light, and to the evaluation of systematic errors that may be introduced if the host is not properly accounted for, especially under varying seeing conditions
