Resumen:
The propose of this work is to nvestigate the anti-tumor effects of three TSCs (T1, T2 y T3) on breast cancer cell lines with differential expression of membrane receptors. The results showed that: T1 and T2 exert an apoptotic cytotoxic effects only on tumorigenic breast cell; TSCs treatment reduce tumor stem cells in MCF-7 and BT 474 cell. BT 474 cells with mammosphere formig capacity were more sensitive to TSCs tan MCF-7 cells; T1 and T2 dimish cell migration capacity on MDA-MB 231 cell line.
