Resumen:
This study describes the validation of a ?Self-efficacy at work Scale? in Argentinian employees. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses found a five-factor model (Task, social self-efficacy, emotional self-efficacy to understand others, emotional self-efficacy to help others, and self-oriented) explaining the 47% of the variance of self-efficacy.
