Resumen:
Two new glycosides of dihydrocucurbitacin B were prepared using Köenigs-Knorr and imidate reactions methodologies, with 17% yield. The effects on non-small-cell lung cancer cells (A549 cells) were evaluated by MTT assay and the glycosides displayed lower cytotoxicity than the non glycosilated compound.
