Resumen:
In F(R) theories of gravity, the scalar curvature R is replaced by a function F(R) in the gravitational action. These models can provide a unified picture of both inflation in the early universe and the accelerated expansion observed at later times without requiring the presence of dark energy. They have also been proposed as a substitute for dark matter. Spherically symmetric black hole solutions have been found within F(R) gravity in recent years. We construct spherical thin shells of matter surrounding black holes in F(R) theories of gravity. We study their stability for static configurations under radial perturbations. The particular case of charged shells outside the horizon of chargeless black holes is analyzed. We show that it is possible to obtain stable static solutions for these configurations by adequately choosing the values of the parameters of our model.
