Resumen:
We present a new semi-empirical model of the atmosphere of the widely studied K-dwarf Epsilon Eridani (HD 22049). The model is built to reproduce the visible spectral observations from 3800 to 6800 ˚A, and the h and k Mg II lines profiles. The computations were carried out using the Solar-Stellar Radiation PhysicalModeling (SSRPM) tools, which calculate non-LTE population for the most important species in the stellar atmosphere. We show a comparison between the synthetic and observed spectra, obtaining a good agreement in all the studied spectral range.
