Resumen:
We describe the eighteen-electron molecules SiH4, PH3 and SH2 with a central potential forming anArgon-type atom. Ionization cross sections and stopping power are calculated using the full first Born approximationand the continuum-distorted-wave eikonal-initial-state approximation.
