Resumen:
In the present study we use the basis functions proposed by Gasaneo and Ancarani, to construct trial wavefunctions for several twoelectron systems. The focus here is on the study of the following negatively charged hydrogenlike ions : Mu-, 1H-, D-, T-, H-, the negative positronium ion Ps-, and some exotic systems e-e- (nme)+ in which one of the particles is heavier than the other two. All these systems are similar to each other in the main property of their spectra, i.e. they have only one bound (ground), singlet state with L=0. The basis functions satisfy exactly all the twobody Kato cusp conditions. Following the methodology proposed previously, each term of the basis is multiplied by a series which does not affect this property.
