Resumen:
The Convergent Close Coupling (CCC) method is an ab initio scheme designed to solve three-body problems. It usually defers the explicit wave function calculation in favor of the transition matrix. We show that the method is capable of yielding a wave function equivalent to that of other ab initio approach, i.e., the Generalized Sturmian Functions method. The wave function itself can be used to calculate the transition matrix by other methods.
