Resumen:
We combine a high resolution N-body simulation of a LCDM cosmogony with the Durham semi-analytical galaxy formation model, GALFORM, to study the formation and evolution of dwarf galaxies. We focus on the effects of reionisation and feedback on the faint end of the luminosity function and on key galaxy properties, such as their metal content and colours. The high resolution of our simulation, coupled with its large volume (100 Mpc/h)^3, further allows us to investigate the properties of dwarf galaxies in environments ranging from Local Group analogues up to rich clusters.
