Resumen:
The energy spectrum of the ultra high energy cosmic rays depends on the spatial distribution of their sources. Given a value of the density of sources, different realizations of the source distribution generate different spectral shapes. At the highest energies (E >= 10^19 eV) only sources that are close to the Earth contribute significantly to the observed flux due to the interaction of the cosmic rays with the radiation fields present in the intergalactic medium. Therefore, in this energy region the fluctuations are larger. It is believed that the intergalactic medium is permeated by a magnetic field. Although it is poorly known, its strength and coherence length are constrained by observations. In this work we study the influence of the intergalactic magnetic field on the ensemble fluctuations of the cosmic ray flux for a given configuration of the magnetic field and for different values of the density of sources.
