Resumen:
The aim of this work is to investigate the diffraction patterns produced by fast He atoms grazingly impinging on a Ag(110) surface. Since this collision system corresponds to the first atom-metal surface system experimentally studied with fast atom diffraction , it provides a useful benchmark to test both the theoretical method and the surface potential model.
