Resumen:
In the recent years, the combination of theoretical ionization probabilities with experimental rates of post-collisional electron emission in photoionization experiments [1-2], has given new impulse to the theoretical and experimental research on the multiple ionization [3]. In this ocasion we present new results for multiple ionization cross sections, single to quintuple, of Ne, Ar, Kr, and Xe bombarded by different low charged ions (H+, He+ and He2+) and compare them with the available experimental data. Our calculations combine full CDW-EIS impact parameter probabilities and recent photoionization branching ratios [4]. We extend previous calculations up to 10MeV/amu, which is clearly the region where post-collisional processes domain the final target charge state. We will focus on the analysis of the time-delay electron emission (Auger and Coster?Krönig proceses, electrón shake-off, excitation followed by double Auger).
