Resumen:
In the high energy range, the energy loss of ions in solids is related to the interaction of the projectile with the target electrons. In the case of neutral or partially strip ions, there are two different collisional mechanisms. One in which the target electrons interact with the ion nucleus partially screened (projectile electrons remain frozen in their ground state), and the other one via the electron-electron interaction (projectile electrons are excited or loss). These two mechanisms are mentioned in the literature as screening and antiscreening modes [1]. We employ the dielectric formalism and a shell-wise local plasma approximation (SLPA) [2] to deal with the stopping power of solid targets taking into account screening and antiscreening contributions. In this contribution we analized stopping of He in Al.
