Resumen:
We analyze galaxy metallicity scaling relations in the Evolution andAssembly of GaLaxies and their Environments (EAGLE) suite ofcosmological hydrodynamical simulations. The goal of this project isto explore the impact of supernova (SN) and active galactic nuclei(AGN) feedback efficiencies on different properties of galaxies, such as effective yields (yeff ), gas-phase chemical abundances and baryonic masses (Mbar ), among others. Resuming previous works, we focus on the characterization of the relation between yeff and Mbar since redshift z = 3 to z = 0. According to our results, the slope,normalization and scatter of the Mbar − yeff relation is strongly affected by feedback processes and might be considered a key observational quantity for evaluating the effects of SN and AGN feedback at different cosmic epochs.p { margin-bottom: 0.1in; line-height: 115%; background: transparent }
