Resumen:
We have obtained CCD UBVIKC photome-try for the open clusters (OCs) Hogg 12 andNGC 3590. Based on photometric and mor-phological criteria, as well as on the stellardensity in the region, our evidence is suffi-cient to consider them a new open cluster bi-nary system candidate.
