Resumen:
In this work, we consider the problem of the emergence of seeds ofcosmic structure in the framework of the non-inflationary modelproposed by Hollands and Wald. In particular, we consider amodification to that proposal designed to account for breaking thesymmetries of the initial quantum state, leading to the generationof the primordial inhomogeneities. This new ingredient isdescribed in terms of a spontaneous reduction of the wavefunction. We investigate under which conditions one can recover anessentially scale free spectrum of primordial inhomogeneities, andwhich are the dominant deviations that arise in the model as aconsequence of the introduction of the collapse of the quantumstate into that scenario.
