Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), also called Müllerian inhibiting substance (MIS), a product of Sertoli and granulosa cells, plays an important role in reproductive physiology in both sexes, reflected in its recognition as a valuable endocrine marker in multiple clinical conditions.
