Resumen:
This presentation is focused on the design of (bio)electroanalytical platforms for the sensitive and selective quantification of different (bio)analytes based on the modification of glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) by drop-coating of dispersions of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) noncovalently modified with dsDNA, polyethylenimine (PEI) or polyhistidine (Polyhis); and singlewalled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) covalently functionalized with polytyrosine (Polytyr). The resulting sensors were used for the quantification of glucose, Cu(II) and gallic acid, with successful applications in real samples. The results demonstrated that a rational selection of the CNTs functionalization strategy is a critical step to obtain nanomaterials that allows the efficient sensing of important (bio)analytes.---
