Resumen:
I will present the different lines of work currently under way in my laboratory in Argentina. We have two main lines of work. The first is the production of functionalised surfaces with controlled geometry, composition and components lateral mobility which we aim to use to stimulate cells in culture. The second is the characterisation of the interaction with human skin of different nanovehicles for the improved treatment of skin diseases, in particular Cutaneous Leishmaniasis. Our tools are mainly confocal microscopy, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering.
