Resumen:
Diffusion activation energies for different hydrocarbons in high density polyethylene (HDPE) were investigated. These values were calculated from experimental data of pervaporation activation energies and enthalpies of dissolution. The experimental values were obtained from experiences carried out at three different temperatures. It was observed that starting from values used for characterization of distillation fractions, it could be inferred the behavior of the mixtures in contact with the polymer. At the same time, pure substances of different chemical natures were used as reference point.
