【Objective】Intestinal in vitro immunoassay system for livestock are needed. The aim of this study was to establish advanced evaluation system for immunobiotics with anti-infectious disease capacity for porcine host.【Methods】Porcine epitheliocytes (PIE) were stimulated with 16 candidates individually and then challenged with poly(I:C). After TLR 3 stimulation, gene responses were analyzed by qPCR focused in immune-related factors selected by microarray analyses.【Results】The 16 bacterial strains differently affected eleven immune-related factor expression in PIE cells. In the factors, combination of IFN-β and IL-6 gene expression might be useful for the efficient selection of new immunobiotic strains for the protection of porcine host against infectious diarrheagenic pathogens.
