Resumen:
Toulicia crassifolia Radlk. (Sapindaceae, Sapindeae): carpological and seminal characters, distribution and cytogenetic. The original diagnoses of Toulicia crassifolia Radlk. is completed, through the description of its fruit and seed so far unknown; the lectotype is here designated. This species, known from Minas Gerais and Pernambuco, is reported for the first time for Bahia, Goiás and Tocantins. Our count of 2n = 28, is the first record for the genus; the mitotic karyotype is 4m + 14sm + 10st and it shows a relative asymmetry (TF % = 15,9).
