Resumen:
Hydrogels are particularly attractive as scaffolds for tissue engineering because they mimic the native extracellular matrix (ECM). In last decade, 3D bioprinting has emerged as vanguard technique in assembling cells, biomaterials and biomolecules in a spatially controlled manner to reproduce native tissue macro-, micro- and nanoarchitectures. This technique combines the features of 3D printing such as the complete control over the design, fabrication and modelling of the scaffold. The aim of this work is to develop GelMA-alginate hydrogel bioink for 3D bioplotting which could be used to generate scaffolds for tissue engineering.
