Resumen:
A solar energy collector is a heat exchanger thatconverts the radiant solar energy into heat using thewell known greenhouse effect. It collects and uses thisenergy to heat water in the home for bathing, washing, and can even be used to heat outdoor swimming pools.Noble metal nanoparticles (NPs) can efficiently releaseheat under irradiation by conversion ofelectromagnetic energy into thermal energy1. Thiswork describes the synthesis of silver NPs of differentin methacrylate monomers. The effect of themorphology of the NPs on the temperature reachedduring irradiation with solar light is examined.
