Resumen:
the general objective of this study is to evaluate the Fenton-like oxidation of an azo-compound, Orange II (OII), pollutant commonly present in textile wastewater, using catalysts of natural origin: volcanic ash, black sand and a natural aluminosilicate. These materials were mainly chosen because they have iron or iron oxides in their composition.
