Resumen:
Novel magnetic nanocomposites have been synthesized with magnetite as the functional filler and polymeric matrices derived from natural products. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to estimate the actual concentration of magnetite incorporated in the composites. The nanocomposites showed superparamagnetic behavior which can be correlated with the level of dispersion of the particles into the polymeric matrices, as confirmed by scanning electron microscopy.
