Resumen:
The goal of the magnetic field-assisted delivery is to concentrate, in target areas, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) functionalized with the molecule of interest, by the use of an external magnetic fields generator-applicator. The stable and nontoxic Fe3O4 MNPs ? Recombinant Adenoviral vectors (RAd) complexes have become an important and interesting tool for gene transfer in the area of Biomedical Sciences and they have allowed us to develop magnetic gene targeting in C2C12 cell line. Here, the use of the fluorescent reporter protein -GFP- incorporated to the RAd´s genome provides a pivotal tool for the screening of gene transfer efficiency
