Resumen:
The discovery of pharmacology active cyclic 6, 7 member compounds containing peroxide bond has stimulated the development of a lot of new synthetic approaches to the compound owing to its pharmaceutical importance as a class of potential plant anti malarial formulation. [1-6] They are generally prepared by the catalyzed peroxidation of cycloalkanones.[7-8] .A lot of compounds have reported to be synthesized from different parts of the world. In this study we have attempted the conformational analysis of some compounds of 1,2,4,5 tetroxane. In the present study, we have attempted to evaluate three theoretically possible conformers for the compound.
