This reports provides a summary on the description of the Stratigraphy and Main Structures of The Aguada del Puestero and the El Mollar Blocks. These blocks in Central Neuquén Province are characterised by a complete record of the Early Jurassic to Early Cretaceous postrift stratigraphic units and the Late Cretaceous to Cainozoic foreland basin infill, as well as the Cainozoic volcanics representing both the Andean magmatic arc and the extensional backarclava flows. The report is presented together with a geological map of the area.
