Resumen:
In this paper, samples of zeolite NaA containing different quantities of Ag+, Zn++ orAg+ and Zn++ were prepared by cation exchange in order to evaluate their antifungalproperties. The biocide cations Ag+ and Zn++ were hosted in the cavities of the orderedaluminosiliceous framework. Minimum inhibitory concentration values and the antifungalactivity of these products against Aspergillus niger after incorporation in waterborne coatingformulations were determined.
