Resumen:
Acetylation reaction is important for the protection of ?OH groups, and also to obtain compounds of interest for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industries. Here zirconias, prepared from zirconyl chloride and polyethylene glycol (P) of different molecular weight (MW) (400, 2000, 6000 Da) as pore forming agent, were impregnated with boric acid (B) and/or tungstophosphoric acid (W) and were tested as catalyst in the 2-phenoxyethanol acetylation with acetic acid
