Resumen:
The purpose of this work is to characterize by means of molecular markers such as Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats (ISSR) and Random Amplified Polimorphic DNA (RAPD), different species of Trichoderma, whose capacity as biocontrol organisms is under evaluation. The amplification patterns of the genome of three strains of T. harzianum, two of T. koningii and a strain of T. aurioviride, T. virens and Gliocladium rosseum were performed. A phenogram was made and ISSR markers allowed us to identified and differentiate isolates of the fungus. Some of the fingerprints or the combination of amplification reactions generated specific fingerprints. RAPD amplifications are under way in order to identify specific fragments.
