Coordination complexes have been extensively studied asantitumor agents, offering a potential alternative for cancer treatment.Both, the ligand and the metal play an important role in thepharmacological properties of the complex. This study evaluatesthe effect of 6-methoxyquinoline complexes with copper, zinc andsilver as antitumor agents in 2D (monolayer) and a 3D (multicellularspheroids) models derived from A549 and MG-63 cell lines.Ag, Cu and Zn complexes significantly reduced the cell viability(P
