Study and application of synthetic oxide systems as well as original and modified mineral species (alumino-silicates, sulphides and derivatives) to develop useful materials for eco-friendly technologies, mainly involving: 1.- Development of methodologies for the removal of toxic arsenic and fluoride from the Pampean-Plain groundwater. Design of low cost plants for rural regions and low income populations, 2.- Preparation and performance of catalysts for processes of industrial importance (?clean? oxidation, ?Fine Chemistry?, etc.) 3.-Preparation of agronomical substrates and fertilizers
