Resumen:
The
main objectives of the ongoing collaborative project between our laboratories
in La Plata
and Bielefeld are
to analyze the structural properties and to characterize the conformational
equilibrium of thionitrites in the gas phase. Here, we report preliminary
results on the gas electron diffraction (GED) analysis of tert-butyl thionitrite, (CH3)3CSNO, as well
as a complete assignment of the gas phase infrared spectra.
