Resumen:
The excitation of core electrons in a molecule leads to multiple ionic fragmentation of the molecule after electronic deexcitation like the Auger decay. Tunable synchrotron radiation enables a selective excitation of core electrons in the specified atom. In this work the inner shell S 2p and Cl 2p electronic regions of ClC(O)SCH3 have been studied by using tunable synchrotron radiation available at the TGM beam line.
