Resumen:
One of the current challenges of organic and medicinal chemistry isthe rapid generation of libraries of complex and diverse compounds,thereby accelerating the drug discovery process. To achieve this goal,we develop a synthetic strategy in which the number and structuraldiversity of small molecules obtained is increased, combiningdiversity-oriented synthesis strategies (DOS), catalysis by transitionmetals and chemistry on polymeric support.
