Resumen:
A four-way multivariate calibration appraoch, based on the combination of ultra-fast high-performance liquid chromatographic data and four-way algorithms, has been proposed for the first time. With the purpose of testing the applicability of the investigated method, a set of four olive oils from different varieties was analyzed with the aid of U-PLS and N-PLS, both combined with RTL, with the object to constitute a third-order multivariate calibration method capable of achieving the second-order advantage. The average recovery values ranged from 85 to 106 %.
