Resumen:
Natural systems are characterized by seemingly unpredictable behaviors. For their study, new mathematical tools are required to adequately measure the nonlinear transformations that define them. The aim of this work was to study the alteration of the erythrocyte aggregation dynamics produced by in vitro contact between red blood cells (RBC) and extracts from adult parasites of Ascaris lumbricoides using the May-Sugihara (MS) method. Time series were generated from larval concentrates incubated with human RBC (treated RBC) and control RBC. The biosignals obtained were processed according to the MS method, and it was observed that the treated RBC presented a different aggregation dynamics with respect to the control RBC.
